3. How to Initiate a Return

3.2. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the RA number, and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

3.3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
